The fine print
Guest who will stay in our hotel for 3 nights or more, can enjoy a normal car shutlle service to the airport or train station. It is a one time service and if the guests need to upgrade to a mini-van ,there will be 100yuan extra charge. The shuttle service must be arranged a least 1 day prior to arrival.

We particularly liked that it was a smallish hotel in a traditional building. The hotel has a very homely atmosphere - we stayed for 10 days and got to know all the staff by sight and were greeting each other by nodding and smiling.I was on crutches and one of the cleaners was very concerned about me walking up the stairs (it was our choice to stay in a room on the third floor) and always offered to help me. Also, the reception staff spoke very good English and Joye (not sure if the spelling is right) helped us get tickets for the opera. The location is excellent - in a traditional street with lots of shops and restaurants and also only a few minutes’ walk to a beautiful Chinese park with tea houses, lotus ponds and even the opera house. When we checked out the manager farewelled us personally and asked for feedback. He also gave us some little surprise presents.

The property was in a very good location, close to the metro station, the room was clean and well equipped, at the check in I got offered a free room upgrade. The staff was very helpful, they spoke English. They helped me to book a day trip.

The staff were very very helpful and friendly. Thank you for extending our checkout time for 1 hour and not charging. Beautiful street. The table and chairs along the corridor where we can shill at night with our foods.

The stay was amazing. One of us had a delayed flight and arrived very late. The staff waited for them until then, that was very much appreciated.
