We enjoyed our stay at Urcove for our first time in Chengdu! Our room was modern, super spacious and provides lots of room to place our luggage and move around. Insane value for money. They offer free top-ups for things like bottled water, towels and slippers which you can order at anytime using a smart tablet and have them delivered by a cute ROBOT which really took us by surprise. The design of the hotel feels warm and tasteful. It made us feel nice and cozy. Breakfast offers a good selection of Asian and Western style foods. We enjoyed the noodle station. The seating area was spacious and we liked the outdoor area too. I'm sure if we came at the start of breakfast it would have been even better. Special shoutout to Cici who greatly assisted us with recovering the pair of shoes we accidentally left in the hotel room! Thanks to your help, we were able to get our shoes back very quickly (they were also shoes that we bought for a friend so we were so glad that you were able to help us deliver them in time). Another shoutout to Jason at the front desk who assisted us with check-in. He was very personable, friendly and kind. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend Urcove to our friends and family!
