-From Chengdu North Train Station: Take Line 1 to Luomashi and transfer Line 4 to Taisheng Road South. Get out from Exit C, walk forward about 400 metres.-From Airport: Charged pick-up service booking available either by phone or email. The minivan can carry up to 6 people without big luggage. Extra will be charged if you arrive in Chengdu between 23:00 to 6:00. Or you may find the airport shuttle bus NO.1 outside at the arrivals lobby. Get off at the final stop (Minshan Hotel), then catch a taxi to NOVA TRAVELLER’S LODGE or take city bus NO.45 to Taisheng Lukou.-From Chengdu East Railway Station: Take bus No.101 at platform 1 of East Square and get off at Yushalu, turn left, cross the street, and turn right onto Taisheng Road North. Nova Traveller’s Lodge is in a backyard on the left side, right before the next crossing. Or take Metro Line 2 to Chengdu University of TCM & Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital, then switch Line 4 to Taisheng Road South and get out at Exit C, walk forward about 400 metres.Please inform the property in advance if you are arriving later than 18:00. Otherwise the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation without any further notice.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The people at Nova are super friendly and easy to talk to. In China it’s hard finding people who speak English or any language other than Chinese, but that’s normal. WeChat has an awesome translation feature and so do apps. Communicating is no problem. The room was clean and the bedding freshly washed. My first night everyone was very welcoming and it was an enjoyable social atmosphere.

Absolutely Love It! Highly Recommend!! Amazing location, just 3–5 minutes walk to the metro station, super convenient! The room is clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated with comfy bedding; feels like home but better~ The basement entertainment area is insane: private gym, KTV room, automatic mahjong table, pool table, Nintendo Switch… everything you need for a perfect night in! There’s also a 24-hour vending machine for drinks and snacks, plus a huge shared guest kitchen where you can cook whatever you want. Freedom level 100! The hosts are incredibly responsive on WeChat and kindly allowed late check-out until 2pm. Service is truly top-notch! Best stay ever in Chengdu! Will definitely book Nova Traveler's Lodge again next time. If you want both fun and comfort, just book it with your eyes closed! ❤️❤️❤️
