Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to give a special mention to Anna Chen in the Restaurant, who was very professional, welcoming and always had a smile. A good selection of food for breakfast. Also, great location, right next to a metro station.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was such good value for money. The room was huge and comfortable, the pillows especially. It’s in a great location right next to the metro. The gym was great and the free washing facilities were so useful. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

The hotel is in a very good location right next to the subway line 1 which takes you to the main centre and shopping streets of Chengdu. The hotel were very polite and friendly and were very helpful when we had issues with our taxi taking us to the station on our last day. The room we stayed in was a king suite which was very spacious with a modern bath and shower system and created a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast n employee, especially Cloudy Tao. He is so very helpful He knows his job very well plus extra2 helpful, he took care of us from day to day till we leave for the airport, always making sure that the taxi drivers would look after us well.
