It’s very well-maintained though it’s not new. Service is good. They arranged for a wheelchair on request and also booked tickets for me to Chengdu panda as my WeChat could not be set up successfully. There’s usually at least one who speaks English fluently at the reception. It is very convenient to find food that we liked at the shopping centre. There’s a great coffee place just beside. The two bedroom apartments are big and spacious, with efficient washer and dryer that were so convenient.

The location was perfect. Located in front of the underground stations, line 1 and 3. We were a family of 6, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful space!
