The lady at the reception is lovely. Beds were comfortable and big (king size?). Towels and sheets were clean. Heater (radiator) was working.

The guesthouse is located on a quiet street, a short bus ride from Chemnitz main station. The welcome was warm, the room spotless, and I’ve never seen such a wide variety of cereals, juices spreads and chocolates on a breakfast buffet! My room had a table and chairs and a small fridge,,and there was a small kitchenette on the landing for guests to use. Ideal if you’re staying for a couple of days and prefer to prepare your own food. Check-in and out was easy and quick and although I didn’t use it, there’s a covered seating area outside for warm days.
