A very comfortable place to stay in the heart of Cheltenham. Barrier controlled car parking very close by which was helpful. The staff were excellent,very ,friendly,smart and helpful,a credit to their company. Room was modern, very clean and comfortable along with the bed. Decent air conditioning, television and fridge,microwave,coffee machine etc. Good sized bathroom with nice powerful shower. Room was serviced whenever needed. Perfect place to stay for a few days or weeks.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a small terrace. The on site reception staff super helpful and friendly. The booking in process was easy to follow and private parking. The location is amazing.
