I have now stayed at this hotel several times now and is my go-to hotel when travelling to and staying in Cheltenham, located perfectly, great substantial building that oozes class and culture. Staff always exceedingly friendly and professional. Food and drinks at the hotel are all very good.

Breakfast was delicious. Great choice and easy dining. My room was very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the fact that you put fresh milk in the fridge.
