Excellent location near Cheltenham racecourse, Caroline the host was very kind and helpful, the accommodation was very clean and tidy.

Property was a perfect stay for the races. The place was clean and well accommodated. Caroline was so lovely and breakfast was lovely! If you are looking for a stay that is a walking distance from Cheltenham race course then this is the best place I have stayed for it and I’ve been going for over 10 years!

The location was fine for my purposes, the staff very friendly and the room extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was fulsome and enjoyable.
