We had been allocated a car park facing room but were easily relocated to a garden view room. The room was lovely, comfortable with a really good shower and toiletries in the v nice bathroom. Breakfast was good and we ate in the bar at night which was also good. Have to book ahead to eat in the restaurant but we were warned of this . All the staff were very nice and very helpful. The hotel was a bit of a retreat for us as we were in the area to visit ill family member

The staff were so friendly and polite from the reception staff , maintenance , bar and waiting and housekeeping . The room was lovely beds very comfortable .
