It was extremely peaceful, relaxing and set in stunning surroundings, almost like travelling back in time! The cottage was very quirky and unique, warm and welcoming. The beds were divinely comfortable. The host, Tracey, was very very pleasant on the phone, we didn’t get to meet her, unfortunately! The local pub, The Church Inn, was lovely too, well worth a visit, even just for a drink!

Tracey was nice host and friendly. She responded to our inquiries very fast. Good hospitality! Cottage was nice and cosy. Location is spot on and close to many villages. Overall our visit was superb!

The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and the location was lovely. The local pub serves amazing food and has facilities to eat in or, as we did, outside in nice weather. Lots of great walks around the area. A short drive to get to Buxton and Chatsworth House

Location was perfect lots of walks from the village, cottage was very good value everything you needed plenty of room for 4 people can’t wait to visit again
