Everything was good, from the very beginning we were warmly welcomed. Said made sure the check-in was smooth and not tiring after our long and delayed bus trip. The whole staff is kind, smiling and open to help at any time. The room was beautiful, the beds comfortable. Delicious breakfasts were served on a terrace from which we had some incredible views. The location is of course perfect. Restaurants and stores available next to it.

I’m giving this feedback only because of the receptionist Aymane (the guy with the glasses) he helped us out with many things… like finding a room at 4 am, exchange of money on a Sunday without accepting a tip in return. This guy is exceptionally helpful & available and he even shared his personal contact.

The staff at the reception are nice and helpful, the breakfast is good, there is a seating area on the balcony, and the possibility of leaving bags before or after check-out.
