A very friendly welcome. Homemade cakes on arrival. Spotlessly clean. Good facilities, very comfortable bed. Location very good easy walking distance into Cheddar. Parking off road outside accommodation. Locally sourced produce and homemade bread for breakfast bought to you in the morning. Both the owners Lyn and Frankie made very good hosts and provided useful local information. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived, and Lyn was there to greet us. She is so lovely she had made cakes for us and chocolates, so yummy. Nothing was too much trouble. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and our breakfasts were so good, especially lyn's homemade rolls. We were walking distance for all the amenities lots of places to eat, we can't fault our stay at all, we only stayed for 3 days but we felt like it was longer. Wonderful stay, thank you again, Lyn. The Old police house is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Cheddar and all the surrounding areas. Great location and the property itself is spotless, plenty of room for two in a quiet off the ‘main road’ location.

Our food for breakfast was delicious and we were able to sit in the garden each morning to enjoy it. The location was quiet and perfect for parking the car up, and walking around Cheddar and all its facilities.
