We stayed here for a weekend as a couple and absolutely loved it! The cottage was warm, welcoming, and even better than the pictures. We were greeted with a lovely essentials hamper, which was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen had everything we needed — plenty of pots, pans, and cutlery for home-cooked meals. The fire, complete with provided logs, made the evenings so cozy, and having Netflix already signed in was a nice bonus! We saw a previous review mentioning poor Wi-Fi, but it’s definitely been upgraded — it worked perfectly during our stay. The electric tripped a few times so we contacted the owner- he came out straight away and was so friendly and helpful. The property felt very private and secure, especially with the main gates closed. The chandelier and strip lighting made the space feel extra cozy and romantic.

The property is in a great location, only a couple of miles away from Cheddar, 20 minutes from Wells and 45 minutes from Weston-Super-Mare. The bathroom and kitchen utilise the space, the living room was very comfortable and the bedroom was super unique.
