Great staff and an amazing hotel right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again, my friend and I loved it. The buffet breakfast was amazing, the bar/buffet down near the beach was also great. Honestly could spend most of your time at the hotel and never get bored. Definitely didn’t allow ourselves enough time in Koh Samui!

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good quality and the service. Location was the best thing I would say. If you need to go to the beach the distaff can drive with golf carts which I thought was nice, beach not far but you still have to walk half way and no elevators on site.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The food was excellent, the facilities were first class and the staff were the best I have ever come across. The beach was beautiful and the pools were not crowded despite it being the Christmas holiday. A particular shout out to Coco and I miss having my watermelon delivered in the shape of a dragon now I am back home.

Everything about this hotel was perfection. Breakfast was varied and of good quality, the rooms were meticulously cleaned, access to staff for requests was instant, the beach and pool area were clean and well attended by staff and the restaurants and beach bar were of a very high standard. However, the highlight of this hotel is the quality of the staff. They seem to go out of their way to make your stay memorable. From the executive chef to the cleaning staff, you were always met with a smile and them asking you if there was anything you needed. They made you feel special.
