The hotel is located centrally in Chaweng. The room is clean and has a minimalistic style. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is very expensive however for the area and I feel this lets it down.

Large and unique room experience, They thought about almost everything, Many toweles, mosquitoes, sound bar, headfon... Special breakfast, tasty and good. Extraordinary stuff everywhere. Artist design by the well known and famous Thai designer that owns the hotel. The art is also in the service too. We loved it.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to.From entrance,they are so warm and welcoming.People in The Library were outstanding,staff,security,waitresses and waitress.It was my pleasure to come back again and see the same staff with so much joy and happiness.Love this place so so much. We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds. And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over. they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work. My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry. we really can’t wait to come back! thank you for everything.

Every here is top class, lovely pools, good location on Chaweng beach, exceptional dining, delightful staff and they have prioritized guest experience with spacious rooms & outdoor amenities

We all really liked the position of the hotel, our rooms were excellent, very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I loved the concept of the hotel, having a library on site and encouraging reading is a very lovely thing to see and do.
