What you see on the photos is what you get. Comparing to prices in central Paris this is a nice alternative. The apartment is within ~10 minute walking distance to a train station in which you can get to Paris. The communication with the owner was really good.

The size of the accom wasn't an issue at all for two of us spending a couple of days here to visit Paris & attend a music festival. It has everything we needed - kitchen area with sink, fridge, hob & microwave and all utensils, kettle, space to sit and eat, TV with Netflix, bathroom with shower gel, utility area with iron & ironing board, space to hang clothes and a hairdryer. Also, felt very safe in the property as the lock for the door is automated and triple locked. Had a couple of very small issues when checking in, but the host replied to messages very quickly and all issues were solved in no time! Location was great, only a short walk to supermarket/bakery/pharmacy/restaurants/train station so it was easy for us to get everywhere :)
