Only1invillage “An old house with.modern day comforts”

The location in a typical Ardèche village was great. Be warned though there are no shops, not even a boulangerie. We liked the big Super U in Ruoms just 10 mins drive away. There was a Spar in Pradons 3kms away, but we never went there. Parking outside the mayor's office was easy and always a space. Only 50 metres away. The price was great. Great soundproofing from neighbours. 2 air conditioners. Well equipped kitchen. Great authentic touches such as fossils, old bricks, antique wardrobe, etc. Comfortable sofa. Nelson and Meike were very responsive in communications, a real pleasure. Sofa was very comfortable. We spent a lovely 7 nights there. Cotton bedding. Lots of cleaning products. Good quality crockery and enough to fill the dishwasher. Good instructions to get the keys and plenty of tourist information inside and a house guide in 3 languages.
