We were so happy with our stay at the Cross Keys. The staff were delightful and incredibly helpful, even coming up with a solution when we all realised that we’d be leaving too early for our breakfast on the first morning of our stay. We ate dinner in the pub on both evenings. The food was fabulous and they had Timothy Taylor Landlord on tap - a personal favourite. The room was extremely comfortable and a generous size. We were amused to have an extra ‘room’, complete with window into ours, for our coats! The town itself was charming and we enjoyed wandering around the church opposite the hotel, and walking around the local area. While our business trip is one we shan’t be repeating, we want to come back and base ourselves at the Cross Keys for a holiday while we explore the Fenlands.

Building and decor. Helpful and friendly staff. Great atmosphere and value. Attention to detail and great customer service. Lovely breakfast. Nice range of real ale available.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, I had evening meal and breakfast. The room was comfortable and much larger than I expected and it was in the ideal location for my follow on travel to work.

Great location, lovely old hotel / pub, spacious room, friendly, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb. Also had evening food, which was just as nice. We really had a great weekend stay here & would highly recommend.

the Car parks cramped so I would recommend reversing into your slot. The food is superb the staff amazing, love the feel of the building the road side appeal is 100% and the pub is friendly and good to relax in.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A good well cooked breakfast too … excellent service and good value for money.
