Facilities are amazing and the location was idyllic. Comfy bed, all the amenities you could want and the hot tub - wow!! You have to see it to believe it and you wouldn't be disappointed. Would definitely stay here again. Had breakfast next to the sheep in the most relaxing environment and felt recharged after a short break away. Highly recommended!

The property and location is perfect if you want peace and quiet, just switch off and relax this is the place you need to book. Hot Tub amazing Loved the sheep

Credit to the owners, this is a fantastic stay close to Beadnell and Sea Houses but remote enough that no one except the friendly sheep disturb you. Great facilities, super comfortable bed and enough facilities for anyone.
