A wonderfully, welcoming, fun and quirky place. Cyril was an excellent host. My room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and faultless. Breakfast was simple but of high quality. Location is on the outskirts of the town but I took a +-2km walk along the road and then along the river, across the bridge and to a fine restaurant recommended by Cyril. I highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting the area or when passing by Chatellerault.

A lovely greeting and welcome from Cyril. The house and our room were gorgeous. Great love and care has gone into the house. Convenient location for a trip south.

Cyril was a great host - friendly and charming. The house is decorated with impeccable taste - a pleasure to stay in. The pool was a real bonus on a hot evening. Breakfast was excellent with lots of local and home made products. I would have loved to have stayed longer and would thoroughly recommend.
