Jean-Marc was a fantastic host. He is clearly experienced in the hospitality industry and made us feel so welcome. He gave us excellent advice about the local area. I really enjoyed talking to him about the history of the area and local food and drink. I enjoyed the genepe beer on the balcony and he brought me some blankets and a table and chairs. Nothing was too much trouble. He was fantastic. I really enjoyed the breakfast too, a great selection and a lovely environment. The hotel itself was so clean and impressively well-organised. I loved the decor it felt like a really traditional ski hotel with decades worth of history and splendour. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location high above the valley in the sunshine with a lovely balcony & amazing views. Parking right outside (no restrictions so great for our VW campervan). Traditional style run by a welcoming family. Our room had a bath with plenty of instant hot water. A short walk downhill into the centre of town for skiing, hiking, gondola & bars / restaurants. A gentle incline on the return trip. Lovely breakfast, good value again in traditional dining room with a family history & amazing views.

Excellent location and very clean. The manager stayed up late to welcome us as we had a late flight into Geneva. And let us have our room till 3pm on our last day, very accommodating! This made our visit even better, super service.
