Very spacious! Pictures do not do it justice; the living room area is huge and made our evenings a lot more comfortable as we didn’t feel we were all crammed together and had space. Rooms simple, enough storage for clothes and suitcases etc. Kitchen had everything and more than expected very well equipped including a big fridge freezer, ironing board and iron. Bathroom bigger than expected also. Heating and hot water worked perfectly and so did the electronics and wifi and tv also had Netflix which helped occupy children as we were getting ready. Lovely decking area and caravan itself positioned perfectly on the site. Will definitely be returning, hosts are also lovely and helpful and respond to any questions and queries quickly. We stop at a lot of different places all the time and I was over the moon with this caravan perfect location to get to fantasy island and not far from Skegness.

Brilliant caravan lovely and clean and suited for all needs Location was a lovely little spot with everything you needed within a 5 minute walk. Out family all enjoyed it and would definitely return again was a lovely family weekend away would definitely recommend.
