Caravan was well located very close to the beach which we loved. It was also quiet around the caravan so my children enjoyed being able to ride their bikes and I didn’t have to worry about cars passing.

The van was really easy to find thanks to the owners' instructions that are sent well ahead of time - Ash was also contactable should you have any questions during your stay. The van is in a fantastic spot with hardstanding parking right next to it and just a few minutes walk to the beach, via a side gate at the park. Having an elderly dog, we found this great for her as she didn't have to walk too far. It's close to the local shops and amusements that are all within walking distance and only a short drive from the wonderful North Sea Observation Point (worth a visit). The van was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the large sized sofa too, which was perfect for relaxing on after a dog walk. Although we stayed in the last weekend of October, the electric radiators and gas fire were more than enough to keep us all toasty warm for the whole weekend. We would love to book again in the 2026 season 💙🌊

Lovely, clean and a perfect location for a family break with our dog! Caravan very well equipped with everything you need. Beach a 2 minute walk away, so close you can hear the waves from the decking of the caravan! 30 minute walk along the coast to fantasy island or 10 min drive. Local convenience shop 5 minute walk away with a few other shops and amusements.
