I had a wonderful stay at Simotel Ermis! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the center, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is fresh and tasty, and everything is well taken care of. What really made the experience unforgettable were the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, but I especially want to mention Ms. Nargiza, a lovely Georgian lady who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was always ready to help with anything we needed, with a warm smile and genuine care. I highly recommend Simotel Ermis – not only for the great location and cleanliness, but also for the truly exceptional hospitality. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

For the second time in this hotel with my family, and most definitely we'll come back again. Cozy, family hotel with perfect locatin in center of Hanioti, two minuts away from the beach. Rooms are perfectly cleaned every day, breakfast is nice, and the owner and rest of the staff are so nice, helpful and polite. Great value for the price!

In the very center of Hanioti. The staff is wonderful, friendly, all praise for them. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed every three days. The first neighbor is King of the Gyros Garry s. Breakfast was more modest but tasty.

We liked the location, it was clean, and tidy. A good enough breakfast was included, and they provided everything we needed. They were responsive, and helpful when we needed them. Great stay, overall.
