Really charming, polite and helpful staff in all areas. Excellent breakfast. Location very close to old town. Room spacious, clean and comfortable with great bathroom too and plenty of storage. Common lounge area and poolside areas well maintained and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was very good, close to the old town of Chania. The airco in the room was very good (silent and no cold draft). The room was well isolated against outside noises. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager provided us with very good advice on local restaurants and trips (e.g. Dourakis winery and visits to local cultural heritage). Staff at the reception took care of calling for a taxi for us whenever needed.
