The hotel was lovely, and the room we stayed in was both charming and functional. It had a mini fridge and a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was satisfying and delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Located right in the heart of old city, the hotel made everything easily accessible. We were very pleased with our stay – thank you!

The structure is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in the center of the city. Our room was quiet despite the central position. Very good breakfast with typical cretan dishes and kindness of the owner and his staff.

Our recent summer stay at Palazzo Duca was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel's elegant atmosphere and its prime location in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Our room was a haven of comfort and style. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable; everything was impeccably maintained from the bathroom to the living space. The comfortable bed and quality linens ensured peaceful nights after exploring the city. What truly sets Palazzo Duca apart is its exceptional service. George and his team go above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. Their local knowledge and recommendations helped us discover the best spots in Chania. The location is simply unbeatable - just steps from the beautiful Venetian Harbor, surrounded by charming streets, excellent restaurants, and lovely shops. We loved our evening walks along the harbor, watching the sunset while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious one the best omelettes I have had. Location was great very easy walking distance to all we wanted with an abundance of places to eat. Staff very friendly and helpful in all respects.
