Great location, quiet spot but still very close to Neo Chora and short walk to other beaches. About 20 minutes walk to the centre of Chania too. Very friendly staff, who go out of their way to help everyone. Fantastic buffet breakfast every day . Updated bathrooms. Late check in was no problem after our flight was delayed. Use of shower and luggage store was very helpful too after we'd checked out. Amazing sea views and sunset views from the front of the hotel. Direct access to a quiet stretch of Neo Chora beach. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day at the Zen Lounge (part of the hotel). Liked everything about the hotel but especially the Klinakis family and all their lovely staff.

A little out of the main city centre(10-15 minute walk) with beach access directly below the hotel. The room was basic….there was a kettle but no cups, glasses or tea/coffee items. Didn’t have hot water for the two days while we were there …that said we didn’t need it as it was hot weather. Breakfast was nice. Got a car park in front of hotel. Otherwise need to park on the road or in the vacant lot next door.

Our stay has been fantastic also thanks to Rafaela and her staff, they have satisfied every request we made. They also prepared us something to eat because we have arrived very late at the hotel.Everything was very clean and organised. The view from the hotel was majestic.

Great value for money. The view from the hotel is stunning, and the beach just in front is lovely, perfect for a swim or relaxing. The location is great too: an easy walk into the centre of Chania, with lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Th breakfast was also quite good.
