Staying at Hanim Boutique Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the exceptional hospitality of Idomeneas. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. His warm demeanor, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the local area added so much to our experience in Crete. Whether it was offering thoughtful recommendations or taking time to chat with genuine care, Idomeneas was the kind of host who turns a great stay into an unforgettable one.

Absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location in the heart of the old town but on a very pretty and quiet side street. The room was excellent - very clean and had everything you needed (espresso pods, hair dryer, iron, fridge etc). The owner, Ideomeneas, was extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, and he gave us loads of great suggestions on where to eat and what to do.

Hanim Boutique Hotel was really increíble. The rooms are very carefully designed. The location couldn’t be better. Idomeneas gave us the reception we ever had in an hotel. He was so nice and helpful and gave us the best tips for our stay. We can highly recommend this hotel.
