The location and free parking in the city center is very good. Also most friendly staff who gave us very good tips to visit other places in Crete.

This hotel was the best!! It's about 700 meters to the centre, still very central, but we also have the option of using the car park. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious (we had it every day, but I think they also offer the option to choose, so there's great flexibility). Georgia is the best, she even got some cakes for my husband's birthday and she suggested very good places every day. BTW there is a very local restaurant in the corner, please try it if you like simplicity. I would definitely come again in the future and stay in Balance Hotel one more time.

One of the best city hotels we have ever been to! Super nice people, perfectly located to walk in less than 10 mins to the beach or harbour! Great breakfast, handmade, big variety, every day nicely served with fresh orange juice!
