The large shaded balcony with a sea view could be used most of the day apart from about 18.00 to 20.00 when the late afternoon sun made it too hot. The close proximity to great waterside cafes and restaurants. Nicos the owner was very friendly and responsive.

Great spacious apartment, amazing view from the nice balcony towards the whole Nea Chora Beach and the small harbour. The sunset from the balcony is beautiful. Very good location, easy acsess to the beach and many good restaurants. The host, Nikos is very nice and helpful. We will be back for sure.
