Room was clean and had all that was needed in it. Breakfast did not disappoint. I had read previous reviews and all were correct in saying that it is filling and has a great variety. We only had a breakfast option and were full until dinner time. The restaurant also had tasty well presented food for a range of tastes in a nice environment. Very happy with our visit. Would recommend and come again! Beach towels were provided which we used for the pool and jacuzzi.

Wonderful hotel ran by a very kind and welcoming family. Beautiful view of the sea from our hotel. Lovely quiet pool and an excellent on site restaurant ( we recorded the taste of Crete 10 course tasting menu!!) The hotel is a little outside the centre but this made it feel more local and relaxed. Very easy to travel into the old town as the buses were very reliable, close by and took card. Taxi back at night €10 so very reasonable as well. Very close to many beaches - some by walking others by bus. We would recommend golden beach and Παραλία Γλάρος ( for sunset) you could walk to the side the side of golden beach called Aptera beach in about 15 mins from the hotel, we did this on days we only wanted to spend a couple of hours on the beach. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone but particularly for couples who would like to be able to access some nightlife and the old town with ease but don’t want to be right in the middle of everything . We really enjoyed our stay at Alexis hotel and if we found ourselves in Chania again we would happily book again

Nice location with great view. Clean and comfy bed. Lots of "creature comforts". I highly recommend the restaurant. Lots of options for trips, outdoor activities and other fun stuff to do.

Lovely Staff and location, with lots of parking and a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Complimentary beach umbrellas was great.
