The reception staff were brilliant. Always friendly and extremely helpful. We loved that you could get a free train into Chamonix from a station just 1 minute walk away. Super easy. We made the most of the express line travelling further afield too. Our two boys loved the pool - heated so they could enjoy it even in the rain. The underground parking was extremely convenient and very secure. Great for a hire car. Our apartment and the communal areas were very clean, and our little kitchen had enough facility to cook for a family of four for all 3 nights of our stay.

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and exactly as described and shown in the photos. Communication with the hotel was excellent – everything was clear and handled efficiently. The balcony offers a beautiful mountain view – you can see Brévent and Flégère on one side, and Les Drus on the other. Great location – very close to the train station, from which you can reach the center of Chamonix in just a few minutes (2 stops). The hotel provides a free train pass valid for the entire stay, which is a big plus. Also, it’s close to several trailheads, perfect for hiking. The hotel collects a security deposit (as stated in the booking conditions), but if everything is fine, it’s refunded quickly – in our case, on the same day as check-out. Highly recommended!

Comfortable apartment, beautiful view from the balcony. Nice outdoor pool and convenient parking. Really liked this hotel.
