I would like to extend the cancellation refund policy to 7 days not 24 hours please. Also any reservation longer than five days must make payment in full to Booking. com before acceptance.
My check-in times are 11,00-22,00; When a customer wants something different they should write requesting a change and the choice should be mine.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Lovely stay the room was exceptionally clean & the bed was very comfortable. Had a great home cooked meal & a nice breakfast. Dave, the owner, was very friendly & helpful with a great sense of humour. Highly recommend.

Good location off the main road in Old part of town. Very welcoming, good conversation in the bar. Good selection of food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was good, simple and not to fussy. Enjoyed my stay.
