Good location from autoroute. We were running late and contacted them via email. Staff made arrangements for us to phone to be let in but reception staff were still there when we arrived and stayed beyond her working hours to sort us. Bar was busy but we managed to get food.

The accommodation was excellent, beautifully equipped, good decor and very comfortable. The location is tranquil with a lovely variety of trees and shrubs. There's a small lake which is home to a large flock of Canada geese. Chalons en Champagne is great for cycling; plenty of level routes for easy rides! Good small supermarket and boulangerie just a two minute walk away too.
