- Airport transfer available. - Chakvi center and shops - 10 minutes walk. - Sea - 30 minutes walk. - Lots of greenery and clean air around. - Private territory. Only the owners (first floor) and you (second floor) live on the property. On the third floor there is an observation deck (in summer - sun loungers and a hammock). - A big kind dog and two cute cats. You can pet and feed them (if you want to feed them, consult with the owners). - The owners also offer breakfast, lunch or pizza (paid separately). Delicious home-cooked food - the quality is not inferior to the best cafes in Batumi (or even superior to them).

My time at this modern and stylish place was really enjoyable. The house is well-designed, paying attention to small details like having two sockets on each side of the bed. What made it special was Irina's delicious homemade meals, adding a lovely touch to my stay. Plus, I liked joining Andrei's guided tours, which made exploring nearby spots like Mtirala National Park and Batumi easy and fun.
