The fine print
Payment before arrival via PayPal or bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.Refunds will be processed when applicable within 30 days of cancellation.All guests need to comply with local and state regulations regarding the prevention of COVID19. All guests must wear mask whilst in the public areas of the property.We are not a 24hour staffed accommodation. Out employees are here 9a-6p, 7 days a week/. If you think you might need something like extra pillow or blanket please ask during these hours. Our staff will only reply to genuine emergencies after hours, some but not all of Non Emergencies to include TV Problems, Blankets, Pillows, TP, Light bulbs etc.If Power goes out and is out around town you will have to wait for the CFE to repair
the issues. This is more prevalent during the Rainy/Hurricane Season July-Mid October.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location was perfect- just off the malecon close grocery store and restaurants. Loved the top terrace which was very spacious and overlooks the ocean. The new pool was perfect to spend time at the hot parts of the day

Having 4 pillows per bed was great. Location was great. The rooftop was wonderful.

Ideal spot for a short stay. Pictures don't really do it justice. The location really couldn't be better. There's a walkway through the hotel and then you've got an amazing view over the beach, which is just down the steps. Our room also appeared as if it has no windows in the images but it does have a front window into the garden, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't need to use it on this trip but the Wi-Fi was super fast! Would definitely stay again.
