We stayed at Agriturismo "Al Canton" for 7 days and enjoyed every single minute. The compound is in a quiet location shielded by 150 acres of farmland but only 12 km inland from the Mediterranean Sea. Ideal for day trips to explore all the sights of the area. The farmhouse itself and the apartments are very tastefully furnished and convey the feeling of living in a time capsule as being surrounded by gorgeous pieces of art and furniture from the first half of the 20th century. All collected by the owner „Don Franceso“ who created this wonderful residence. But the soul of it is Alessandra. She is the manager and an exceptional host who served a delicious breakfast every morning, read every wish from our lips, gave very good tips and organized everything for us. "Al Canton" is an exceptional place and a unique experience. We felt like italian aristocrats there and will definitely be back!

My brother and I were looking for a hotel in the Adriatic area. Knowing how busy this area gets in summer, we really wanted to escape the crowds and find something more peaceful. So discovering Al Canton Agriturismo di Design was amazing. If you're looking for a place that feels like home with a touch of luxury, Al Canton Agriturismo di Design is perfect. From the moment we arrived, Alessandra and Francesco treated us like family. The suite we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat each morning. Everything was made fresh from local ingredients, and we got a new pastry every day. Alessandra was amazing—whatever we wanted, she made it happen. And when we had leftovers, she even packed them up for us to take along for the day. During our stay, someone broke into our car at a supermarket. Alessandra helped us with the police, and her husband kindly patched up our broken window so we could keep going. Besides that, she always gave us great advice about the area, such as where to eat and which beaches to visit. Francesco, the owner, was also fantastic. Whenever he brought in fresh fruit, he shared it with us. Their garden was full of fruits and vegetables, and they invited us to pick anything we wanted. Staying here felt more like visiting family than being in a hotel. The place had a cozy, intimate vibe that made it hard to leave. Al Canton Agriturismo di Design is a 100 out of 10, and I will definitely be coming back. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely everything! This place is a holiday dream come true. When we first got there, exploring it was like unwrapping Christmas presents for us. The mesmerising garden nestled between vast green fields and a forest where we could eat and relax in the evenings, delicious king-size breakfasts accompanied by smooth jazz in the background, free bikes, lunch boxes for our trips, masterly curated design, spotlessly clean rooms, sounds of nature, fruits and veggies ready to pick, most comfy armchairs in the garden, the smell of freshly washed linen and most importantly, Alessandra ❤️, who took such a good care of us that it felt as if she was our mother. She was always thinking one step ahead, making sure there would be no single worry on our minds. To sum up, Al Canton is a true gem, 10 points is not enough, and if it was a restaurant, it would be a triple Michelin star for sure :)
