They are polite and caring. When we reached the hotel, an explanatory information was given to check in. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Our host was very friendly and helpful, the room was big, comfortable and even had an adorable balcony :) i really enjoyed my stay and felt very safe and extremely pleased with the comfort of my room as well as the great service!
