About 2 km away from the city center. Very good breakfast on the terrace with sweet and savory options. Very nice pool. Ideal with kids.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The area is peaceful, and the apartment is cosy, beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Free parking. Highly recommended!

We spent just one night at Villa Klinai but we had a really nice stay. The house is beautiful, as well as the land that surrounds it. The room was comfortable and the breakfast food was nice and varied. The owners were very kind to us, and allowed us to stay for a few hours after check out in their terrace while we waited to go to Civitavecchia to board our ferry. It's a very peaceful place, ideal to spend a relaxing time.

We liked the location as it was just "out of town" on a farm-like property. Even had a swimming pool. WiFi worked and plenty of parking on site available. The breakfast was fabulous with so much to offer. The owner was very friendly and explained all that was necessary for a comfortable stay
