Returning to Torre de Gomariz Wine & Spa Hotel was an absolute delight, and this time, I had the pleasure of surprising my wife with this rural escape. Nestled in the serene countryside, the hotel offers a sense of peace and tranquility that is truly unmatched. The open, expansive views are breathtaking – rolling vineyards, lush greenery, and a horizon that seems to stretch forever. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel a world away from the everyday hustle. What really sets Torre de Gomariz apart, though, is the staff. They are super friendly yet incredibly professional, striking the perfect balance between warmth and attentiveness. Every interaction felt personal and genuine, which made our stay even more memorable. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the evening meal. The dining experience was nothing short of Michelin-starred perfection. Every dish was an art form, with exquisite flavors and attention to detail that left us savoring every bite. It’s rare to find food that’s as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate, but this was exactly that. The rural charm of the hotel, combined with its luxury and refinement, makes it a truly special destination. Whether you’re looking to relax, indulge, or simply enjoy the beauty of the Portuguese countryside, Torre de Gomariz delivers on all fronts. Great little hotel. Very tranquil and relaxing spot in the vineyard. Staff very friendly and room was lovely. Will definitely be coming back.
