Beautiful location. Clean and modern rooms and facilities. Good breakfast - choice of eggs or pancakes and buffet with meats, cheeses, pastries. Dinners were very nice at the hotel with a set three course meal. Excellent wines for a good price. Staff were friendly. Good location - halfway between Florence and Pisa. We were able to do day trips to these locations. Still nestled away in Tuscan hills for quiet and peace. Things to be aware of - dirt road leading to the house. Would be difficult to access without a car. Some bugs and things in the room which would be expected for agrotourism. Overall not a major issue.

breakfast was great. rooms were immaculate with all facilities we needed. amazing customer service and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Many credits to the staff who did eveyrthing they could to make sure we had the perfect break.

Colle Alberti house was just like the photos! we wanted a very remote, restful weekend and this was the perfect place for it! The staff made sure to explain how to arrive in the property so we never had any issues. The breakfast was great and the room super comfortable.
