Property is very new, it is in a commercial / industrial zone which is still under development but very easy to find. All the staff we encountered were great! especially the ladies on reception and the cleaning lady in the restaurant breakfast area - who were all very friendly and helpful despite us not being able to speak any French they could speak decent enough English for us to get by. The receptionist also went above and beyond and helped us out when I realised that Cergy was in CRIT Air zone and I hadn’t got the relevant pass for my vehicle - I was able to apply on line and she printed my temporary pass to allow me drive I to Paris. Hotels also has a 7kw EV charger which is free so again another bonus. The breakfast is OK considering the price and we found there is more than enough choice for a family of 3. Overall a pleasant stay with really helpful & friendly Thanks

The breakfast was good and the room was spacious. Family of 3 and we had 1 double and 2 single still plenty of space for luggage and moving around. The layout was very nice. The 2 single beds were at a corner. Very nice and clean.

The property is new, so everything is modern and in good condition. It is well-appointed. The room is small and basic, with limited space to hang clothes. Good for a short stay.
