Great overnight stop. The location was quiet and the gardens were lovely. Rooms were large and modern. Coffee machine and pods were provided but no kettle or tea bags.

The location was perfect for me as I was taking photos of life in and around Ceprano and surrounding area. I had the smaller unit as I was travelling alone, the single bed was a four footer, no fear of falling out. The accommodation has plenty of car parking places and is lit at night with the benefit of security cameras. The bathroom was a good size, the Power shower was absolutely fantastic, the AC was a god send as the temperature was in the upper 20s and some days 30c. Close to the town centre, There are Supermarkets within walking distance, with plenty of on street parking if you decide to drive. Ceprano saw a lot of fighting in the surrounding area during the second world war as it is close to the town of Cassino. A great place to stay and nothing was too much trouble for the owner Sergio

Had everything I wanted for a simple stay: a clean room, comfortabel bed, easy access and clear communication from the owner. I came by train and then it is a bit inconvenient to get there, but that was my choice. If you come by car, the location is ideal especially as a layover close to the highway (but not so close that you hear any noise from it). Also, the coffeemachine in the room was better than expected
