Noubar and Bernard were the best hosts. As the best hosts, they offered us the best bed and served us the best dinner and breakfast. Although my wife is afraid of animals, they kindly kept them under control, and she was willing to take the risk to enjoy the best croissant. Without a doubt, we will definitely visit this place again. Oh, and the morning croissant disappeared too quickly for us to take a photo. I won’t describe the taste in detail—you should try it for yourself.

The ambiance and the setting of the chateau is very beautiful. Our hosts were thoughtful and entertaining, and the meals “par excellence”. Our stay has left us with many happy memories and could not have been bettered.

I was delightfully surprised by our stay at Noubar. The food is simply fabulous. Vegtables from the garden, flavours from around the world. Perfectly executed from end to end... and yes, the croissants are really that good. We were part of a large group, seated around an old banquet table, and our every need was met by our attentive hosts. I'm already looking for an excuse to go back.
