Excellent location in the city. Even the street was under reconstruction, it was easy to park on nearby parking lot. Very good breakfast. I have never seen an electronic Nutella dispensers so far :-)

experience at this four-star hotel was a bit of a mixed one. The room felt somewhat outdated and didn’t have proper blackout curtains, which made it difficult to sleep in after sunrise. The lighting was quite dim — all bulbs gave off a soft, milky glow, so even with every light on, the room never felt bright enough. In the bathroom, there was only hand soap and body wash available, with no additional toiletries such as shampoo or conditioner. The minibar included gin but no tonic water, and there was no coffee or tea available in the room. When I asked at reception for a kettle, they mentioned they didn’t have any. Breakfast was served only until 10 AM, which felt a bit early, especially on a Sunday morning when one would like to relax a little longer. Before my arrival, I received an email saying that the hotel parking lot would be closed due to nearby road works until mid-September, suggesting guests use public garages instead. However, I stayed in October, so they could have updated the date in the emails if they still send them to guests. Interestingly, the hotel parking was actually open and already used by several guests — so the communication could have been clearer. On a positive note, the location is excellent — right in the city center, perfect for exploring. And I have to mention the hotel café, which was truly lovely and served great coffee. Overall, while the hotel has a convenient location and a nice café, the Superior room and amenities could use some improvement to truly match a four-star standard.
