The fine print
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. At check in, a security deposit of USD 50.00 will be charged if using a credit card or a security deposit of USD 200.00 will be charged if paying with cash. Water park entry is available for USD 20.00 per person per night. The daily resort fee plus tax is due at check-in. Resort fee includes: -WiFi Access -Local calls -Fitness centre access -Safety deposit box -Sports courts and equipment access -Bicycle use -Cinema access The USD 5.00 package handling and storage fee applies to: - All packages shipped and/or stored at the resort prior to and/or during stay - All packages up to the limit of 20 packages - Increases to USD 10.00 per package for 21 packages or more Guests are required to show photo ID to claim any package(s) and the ID must match the name on the package(s). Payment will be due at time of package claim. Any and all packages that are not claimed within 30 days from the date of delivery or placement into storage at the resort will be returned to sender, or may become the property of the resort. The resort does not claim responsibility for lost and/or stolen packages.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The Villa surpassed my expectation I had to view of the water park and the canal which I asked in the front desk when I checked in if I could have a room like that for the kids and the staff was so kind to look around and see if they had one available for me. When I signed up to become an owner I got the possibility to buy I still have them making payments it surpassed my my views of how many places I can travel to I have a couple vacations and I'm paying for now. There was so many things to do like literally I didn't have to leave the hotel to go do anything the water park was amazing golfing it was just overall amazing. The only thing that was not good was we didn't have access to the TV due to the remote controls but nothing that can be fixed we called them ask for batteries or a new remote and still it wasn't working but nevertheless if we didn't have time to watch TV either way it was just so amazing. I will be coming back in the summer as I'm arrested in Florida and the other two vacations I'm going elsewhere. Monica helped me pick the vacations and I also have a representative which I don't remember her name right now but she was great as well and Omar helped me get to the lunch and he explained everything very well and the accommodated me since I have social anxiety I didn't have to be inside we spoke outside and my kids were special needs or are special needs and they accommodated them as well to go outside with drawing books and coloring pencils I thought that was very amazing.
