Please note that Pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval and will incur in a surcharge of R$ 70,00 per Pet, per day.Please note that minors under eighteen may only stay with their parents or legal guardian, upon presentation of supporting documentation (documents from the guardian and the minor proving kinship - identity document or birth certificate).
Minors accompanied by third parties must present, at check-in, an identity document or birth certificate and an original written authorization for accommodation from their parents, with their signatures duly notarized, stating the arrival and departure dates, the reason for the minor's stay, and the parents' contact phone numbers.
According to Brazilian Federal Law (8.069/90 Art. 82) and (12.038/2009), accommodation for minors under eighteen is prohibited without the document authorizing their stay.All children and adolescents must present their identity documents or birth certificate at check-in. If these documents cannot be provided, the stay will not be allowed.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
