It is a beautiful eco‑cabin in a unique location, equipped with comfort. Loved the outside terrace, braai (literally in the rocks) and bath with unique view.

Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet, cozy cabin with well-equipped kitchen (no oven, though!), comfortable large bed, nice little couch, nice bathroom with window next to the shower, nice terrace with table and four chairs, very nice fireplace between the rocks, plenty of firewood for free, cool free standing bathtub outside with view onto the mountains, outdoor shower, amazing starlit sky at night, nice coffee shop for breakfast and snacks just 800m away ("The Hen House"), good and quick communication with Simon via Whatsapp!

Grasslands at Rocklands Eco Retreat is a truly unique place to stay, tucked amongst the rocks. We loved the additional outside shower and the outside bathtub. The deck area and natural rock braai are an absolute delight - dinner followed by a spectacular night sky display of the Milky Way.
