Liked the location of the hotel with its surrouding shops and options to eat out. In addition the small roof top pool and gym where also very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Ceda Central Bloc in Cebu, made especially memorable by the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade to a spacious and comfortable suite, which really elevated our experience. The location is one of the hotel's standout features – it's incredibly convenient, situated just a short walk from the bus depot, malls, restaurants, and the popular Sugbo Mercado night market. Whether you're in Cebu for business or leisure, this spot makes getting around easy and stress-free.

Ricardo from breakfast was excellent. He carried the whole restaurant experience to a different level where other staff couldn't. Although breakfast selection and quality is not as good as Seda Makati. Location was excellent. View from breakfast was nice. Bed was big and comfortable.
